Job Summary

ERIKS is an international industrial service provider. Through our web shops and our sales force we are selling industrial supplies towards both small and larger companies. In the role of a Marketing Automation specialist, we are looking for a person that can analyze our complete customer lifecycle by leveraging customer data (provided by our Customer Data Platform) and develop further our marketing automation strategy and implement it accordingly.

By setting up and optimization of automated workflows, you can target the right customers, at the right time with the right message.


Job duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a customer life-cycle management strategy to be able to give customers a more relevant, personalized and valuable experience with ERIKS.
  • Collect requirements of business users and set up marketing automation activities accordingly.
  • Analyze our customer base and customer needs and establish business rules and campaign triggers based on customer attributes.
  • Further develop the strategy and use of our Customer Data Platform (CDP – BlueConic)
  • Evaluate, select and implement a potential new marketing automation tool
  • Implement and coordinate fully automated customer life cycles based on audience strategy, customer phases, profile, interest and behavior.
  • Drive offline customers to online channels in close collaboration with country organizations.
  • Manage automated onboarding, recurring, retention & lead generation campaigns for customer life touchpoints on multiple channels: email, social, pop-up, banners, web shop and website.
  • Set up automated lead generation campaigns to hand over sales qualified leads to the sales organization.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics automation performance.
  • Monitor trends and innovations and lead implementation.


Requirements

  • Bachelor/Academic degree (Marketing or Business)
  • 3+ years' experience in the field of marketing automation (preferably in an international B2B environment)
  • Experience in working with an ESP and drive further development (ERIKS works currently with Autopilot)
  • Strong in project management and complex stakeholder management, can-do attitude and pragmatic mentality, goal-oriented
  • Flexible and able to work in a rapidly moving and highly demanding environment
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and preferably Dutch, French or German.
  • Experience with B2B target group and ecommerce environment
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with creating API connections.
  • Experience with a Customer Data Platform (BlueConic is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is an advantage
