As a Digital Product Manager, you are responsible for the lifecycle management and value realization of the digital products in your leadership. You will drive the envisioning and creation of the best possible digital solutions & experiences for ERIKS Catalog & Assortment Management domain, in a way that ERIKS can efficiently & reliably onboard, maintain and enrich our full catalog of products & services, with optimal levels of automation.

You play a pivotal role in driving technical innovations to ensure rich and accurate product data is available for all our customers and internal users (from Sales to Finance). Having access to accurate and rich product data is a critical enabler for customers and ERIKS.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with ERIKS internal stakeholders and external partners to fully understand the business needs and opportunities in the Catalog & Assortment ecosystem. This will focus on the end-to-end processes of Catalog/Product Master data Lifecycle management as well as the key operational processes that consume this data.
  • Translate needs & opportunities into a compelling vision that will drive for maximum levels of process automation, AI-driven data matching & enrichment and the leveraging of externally available catalog content.
  • Create and execute the roadmap with initiatives that deliver the domain strategy, with clear definitions of requirements, scope & deliverables, investment and expected value for customers & ERIKS.
  • Together with engineering colleagues, identify and select the most appropriate & innovative digital solutions. Platforms currently within this portfolio include: Informatica, SAP, Kerridge, and My Data Factory.
  • Work closely with other digital teams to embed Catalog Master Data Management (MDM) related capabilities across other operational processes and domains (e.g., Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Supplier Integrations, Data Office).
  • Work regularly with senior management and other stakeholders to drive successful delivery of the roadmap. Effectively communicate vision, roadmaps and project expectations across the organisation.

Job requirements

As a digital product manager we believe the right candidate meets the following criteria:

  • Bachelor/Master degree; ​You preferably have a technical or supply chain background;
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B environment, ideally as a Business Analyst or Product Manager;
  • Experience with Product data management and governance processes and applications;
  • A pro-active, can-do attitude with a preference to work in a fast paced, agile environment​;
  • Familiar with Agile/Lean product development practices, have experience in working with teams using Scrum;
  • Analytical mindset, logical thinker, pragmatic, results focused and data driven;​
  • Experience in data architecture, (B2B) eCommerce and Supply Chain processes;
  • Good communicator on different levels in the organization. Able to explain and present complex matters in a simple way.
