As the Chief of Staff to the CDIO, you play a key role at ERIKS Digital. You'll work closely with the CDIO to shape our digital strategy and ensure it aligns with our business objectives. Your main task will be to develop clear strategies for showing how our digital projects contribute to our success. This means keeping our digital leaders focused on what really matters and making sure we deliver results that make a difference.

In this role, you're at the heart of our efforts to improve how we work. You'll lead projects that define our future, creating plans and strategies for positive change. You'll collaborate with teams across the company, driving us towards new and better ways of working. Your leadership will help us navigate through these changes smoothly, making sure we're always moving forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CDIO, guiding decisions that affect our entire organization.
  • Create a framework for measuring the success of our technology investments, ensuring they deliver real value.
  • Orchestrate the portfolio planning activities across ERIKS Digital, including portfolio management and planning tooling (JIRA).
  • Simplify and communicate ERIKS Digital's strategy, making our vision clear to everyone in the organization.
  • Set up strategic planning and governance to keep us focused and efficient, including reporting progress and transparency across stakeholders.
  • Manage high-impact digital transformation projects that improve how ERIKS Digital operates.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and technological innovations, ensuring we're always leading the way in enterprise IT.
  • Establish processes and ways of working to embed risk assessment and compliance across ERIKS Digital, aligning them with our strategic objectives.
  • Adopt a people-centered approach to change management, addressing the needs and concerns of individuals and teams.

Job requirements

  • A Master's degree and at least 12 years in roles related to Strategy, Technology, Business, Finance, or Consultancy.
  • A collaborative, team-player who can work influence and drive change through informal and formal leadership.
  • Strong business insight, particularly in IT and Product areas, paired with sharp analytical abilities.
  • Broad technical knowledge across all technology domains to be able to think end to end.
  • Proven experience in defining and leading IT portfolio management and regular review processes.
  • History of working with senior leaders in complex organizations and driving significant change.
  • Ability to bring structure and efficiency to the operating model and lead effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
